Katariina swimming pools closed over the weekend, gyms and saunas kept open

3.10.2024 | The location of the water leak discovered in the main pool of the Katarina swimming pool on Monday evening has been located. The water leak is not related to pool repairs and structural observations carried out in previous years, but is connected to the pool camera at the bottom.

The remedial work will begin immediately and will involve draining the pool. The draining and refilling of the pool after the repairs will take the rest of the week and the pools are expected to open early next week.

Katariina’s gyms and sauna facilities will remain open for customer use from Thursday morning.
