Heat supply will be interrupted on Kotkansaari on Tuesday

30.09.2024 | Kotkan Energia’s district heating network renovation works will cut off heat supply in the areas of Sapokka, Isonpuisto and Kantasatama on Tuesday 1 October from 6.00 to 20.00 In part of the area the interruption will be in effect from 6.00 to 16.00 For more information on the shutdown, see the map at https://www.kotkanenergia.fi/palvelut/kaukolampo/hairiotiedotteet/

The outage will affect heating and domestic hot water in the property. Hot water will be available as normal.

Kotkan Energia offers its customers the possibility to receive information about district heating supply disruptions by SMS directly to their phone. The company sends SMS messages both about planned maintenance work on the district heating network and urgent repairs when the work causes a disruption to the district heating supply.
You will also be notified when the heat supply has returned to normal. The messages will be targeted only to the areas and properties affected by the district heating outages.
