Changes to bus services during the autumn holiday week

14.10.2024 | There will be some changes in bus services in Kotka, Hamina and Pyhtää during the school autumn holiday week 21-25 October.
During the autumn holidays, there will be no services marked as koulp. / koulupäivinä. Other services will be operated according to the normal weekday timetables or as indicated in the koulujen lomapäivinä marking.

Kotka

Not operated on koulp. / koulupäivinä services.

Line 1A will not run during the holiday. From Kotka, the 6.55 am service will not run at all Mon-Fri 21-25 Oct. Sat-Sun 26-27 Oct. it will run as normal as line 1, i.e. terminating at Hamina bus station. The 7.25 service will run as line 1.
Lines 1K and 1M will not run at all.
The 7.23 service of line 2 from Kaukola will not be operated (marked koulupäivinä).
The morning services of line 8 marked marked as koulp. are not operated. From the city centre at 6.25, 7.25 and 8.25. From Koivula at 6.53, 7.53 and 8.53.
Morning services of line 13 marked as koulp. will not be operated. From Karhuvuori at 7.20. From the city centre at 7.52 and 8.25.
No service on line 15.
No service on line 99.

Hamina

Shifts marked as arkisin koko vuoden or koulujen lomapäivinä will be run.

The autumn holidays have an impact on the following lines.
1M, P070, P070B, P071B, P072, P073, 74, P074, P074B, 75, P075, 77, 78, 78K, P078, 79, 80, 80H, P081, P082, 83, P085, P086, 99 and the Hamina – Leluntie th – (Virojoki) services (in route guide 707).

The following lines are not affected by the holiday: 1 (excluding the morning service to Alakaupunki), P071, P076, P077, P079, service taxi H1.

Pyhtää

No services marked as koulup. / koulupäivinä.

Busses are operated:

Line 93 Mon-Fri at 6.15 am Pyhtää kk – Huutjärvi – Kotka
Line 89 Mon-Fri at 8.15 a.m. Huutjärvi – Kotka (only during school holidays).
Line 93 Mon-Fri at 17.00 Kotka – Huutjärvi
Line 89 Friday at 15.30 Kotka – Huutjärvi

All local services in Pyhtää during the autumn holiday week will be operated by minibus (Jyrkilä Oy).

During the autumn holiday week, Pyhtää also operates long-distance services between Pyhtää – Kotka and Pyhtää – Hamina.
